I had JB, still think it's Pakistan embassy as I have yet to hear this from another country embassy for UK visa, BTW my six weeks are next week so I pray Inshallah I get good news by then, hopefully the withdrawal letter if not I will give them a call and see what they say
Bro nothing's happening in 6 weeks now cause asif_sharif and my 8th week starting Thursday and Friday respectively.

So I think you'll only be able to get your response after us or one of us.
I don't mean to be harsh but I'm still on track for six weeks as when I spoke to tribunal bet said they still on track it's people who have court dates which is taking a very long time because of the Syria Asylum court cases, did you phone them today

Salaam guys,

alhamdulillah my wife received a call letter via email yday so that statement about "if you dont hear within 6-9 weeks it's going to court" can't be taken as a certainty.

We received an email last week from Sheffield to say the decision has been withdrawn and Islamabad will contact you. That letter was dated in August for some reason.

Does anyone know if my wife can just go into the VAC with her passport and the call letter or does she need to wait until they ring her...does she need to book an appointment to hand her passport in?

There isn't much detail the refusal letter states, "In view of the fact that you have not provided specified evidence for the specified periods as stated in the appendix fm-se of immigration rules, I am not satisfied that u have met the financia reqmt.
I therefore refuse ur application on under paragraph EC-P 1.1(d) of AppendixFM of the immigration rules (E-ECP 3.1)."

I included six months bank stmts and declared the source of savings so I'm at a loss to explain why it was rejected. TherE isn't a specific reason given as to why it was rejected.

Does anyone know how much an appeal costs and how long it will take?
Raymandosnr this is his refusal.

thanks guys, I pray inshaAllah it all works out for all of us soon!
the only thing they asked for on the call letter to submit was the passport (it shouldn't be expiring within the next 6 months) that's all.
We've not received a call from Mirpur VAC so maybe they wern't notified as it was through email that the letter was sent from the Islamabad embassy. So my wife will go tomorrow and hopefully they will allow her to submit the passport.

Hi every one.
Just need some help. My wife application was refused in mid April 2015 in Islamabad. because I didn't bank my part time job wages. They don't accept cash in hand. My review deadline was early October it was unsuccessful. No court date yet.
My wife and child have got hurt in earthquake in Afghanistan me and my both kids are British.
My question is if I write a letter to the tribunal to accelerate my appeals because my wife and child are hurt and are in disparate situation to provide them the proofs the pictures that our house walls have collapsed hospital report that they have been admitted to hospital my child might need treatment in the uk can't travel without his mum he's two yrs old.
Is there any chance that they will accelerate my court date? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Yes bro they will definitely consider the expedite request if you can provide them the proofs. And there's no harm to try and take the step.

Aslam O Alikum to all,
Just a piece of information sharing with you guyz as I felt like you a victim of UKBA 's wrong refusals
Well, even if you have crossed your review dead line and did not listen back from ECM and even tribunal gives you your court date after all of this you still have chance to win your appeal at review stage as ECM still have a chance to look at your application and overturned his decision.
THE MAIN THING TO CONSIDER:
If you got tribunal court date and you got ECM statement explaining reason for not overturning original decision then it means you have to go in court.
But if you didn't get ECM statement then that's mean you still have a chance to reviewed by him until your court date would be actual arrived.Few examples of such cases are present.
Hope this generate may be a little hope for everyone of us.
Surely a looooong wait is awaited for all of us but insha Allah it will end well for all of us to join our spouses.
