Enquiry made via Local MP in May and he got the same reply from UKVI ‘under consideration and apologies for inconvenience etc’
No contact from UKVI if there are any issues or lack of evidence causing this delays. I noted most Feb applications are getting replies/ approvals but still nothing for us.
Total - 124 WORKING DAYS so far! Been patient so far and it’s so frustrating it’s been more than 24 weeks and nothing yet!

Had Biometrics collected 18th January 2022 and still waiting.
On my 2nd escalation already; Received a link to make IHS payment after 1st escalation (not sure if that was a coincidence)
Not sure what else to do.
Yea, Payment wasn't initially required as status was "exempt" from IHS payment at time of application although i was issued a IHS number. It was a bit of a surprise and i retried severally but status remained "exempt" so assumed it had to be correct. We did pay the IHS fees (IHS number given too) along with the visa fees when application was submitted. So don’t think its that issue. It’s something that has to be done and VFS check that when you go for the biometrics right? How was your IHS fees missed or your payment never got through?
