I can see people who are waiting since last december or january....and can also see peple who received their reply in 3 months time...so does the processing time depends upon the category a person has lived for required period? Is it taking longer time in 10 yr ILR or the normal Tier 1 ILR as well?

I think if you call UKBA that will give you more idea. As per FOI they have start processing now January cases, becuase your case is in start of January so it must be assigned to any one!!!
Guys did anyone call UKBA today and confirm what month they are processing now?

I applied for Set (0) on January 11, and my biometrics done in February. I called the Agency today and I was basically told that my application had not even been looked at yet. They did not seem to think that my time frame was too bad as "it had not even been eight months yet." *******. I have a meeting with my MP tomorrow at nine.

Hi Zangmiko27

I met my MP Twice

1st 15th May 2013
2nd 20th August 2013

and then I was to send a Letter to the Ombudsman by Monday 2nd September 2013, fortunately my
approval arrived by Friday 30th August 2013. ( All Documents arrived same day by Royal Mail and one unknown courier service company).

My advise is for you to pray and believe. If possible remind your MP. It will surely come soon.

Cheers

It's just not making any sense. Three weeks ago I was told that my application has been allocated to a caseworker, I called again today and I am told to keep waiting. This is driving me mad. I am thinking that applicants using their MPs to chase Home Office have their applications purposely delayed... Can anybody help me which Ombudsman I need to complaint and what I should put in the complaint letter? Thanks.

Hi Guys,

Did anyone call today to UKBA. Which month they are processing now?

I called them today they told December is now in process. but according to FOI they started January applicant from 23 August.

Did any January applicant get any reponse?

Thanks

Still waiting

Post by hshhbd » Mon Sep 02, 2013 8:20 pm

Not really, I wrote a formal letter to them back a couple of months ago but didn't get a reply at all. If what they are saying is true, why did they say 90% of the application are processed within 6 months =.=. This is annoying.

If they only started going through the application submitted back from January, that's about 8 months of time.

Anyway, I did my biometric permit back on the beginning of April, still waiting. I guess we have to wait for a year from the date we received our ILR visa to apply for Citizenship...

Thanks for the info.
