1. I sent my EEA2 form on 02/07/13 with the old version of EEA2 form with no fees. I had printed the old form since June cos I saved it in my email so didnt bother going back to UKBA website to print another one since I had one. Never thought the form will change and fees apply

2. I sent it to Liverpool instead of the new office DURHAM which they wrote on the new form.., please please, WHAT REALLY SHOULD I DO? this is really confusing

You have to keep calling the number. Sometime you have to wait on the line for 20-30 mn. the email address is UKBAeuropeanenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk

Hi Guys,

Great news on the mail today, RC received :)

For the story, the application form was received by the home office on 21st of May, we received the COA a few days later with a mistake on my husband's name...
I emailed UKBAeuropeanenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk and with no response after 1 week I email again and cc marje.Clarke@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk;EREC@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk;UKBACust1568@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk;Michael.Goode@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk;UKBACustomerComplaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk;Sonia.Dower2@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

I got a response the day after from Darren.Blakemore@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk (Darren Blakemore, Operations Manager (EWH), European Casework) and received the new COA few days later.

As I, the sponsor of my husband changed twice jobs during the process, I emailed Darren Blakemore advising him of the changes, he replied on the same day advising to send the letter with supporting documents to his attention, what I did.

The RC was dated 9/07/2013 so exactly 7 weeks to process the application :)

My advise for anybody having issues or delays, email Darren.Blakemore@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk he is really helpful and replies very quick!

Good luck for all of you that are still waiting

I provided them her ID not passport because she wanted to apply for her new passport at that time and ID was still valid..! Only God knows wat went wrong or may be she reported it lost bcos of little misunderstanding we had,few weeks ago and she's still adamant she has no knowledge of wat's going on?....!

Recidence Card RECEIVED

Post by Kregen » Sat Jul 13, 2013 4:48 pm

Hey Guys, for those who applied, there are some good news for you !
I was watching the news this morning, and the MPs are really pushing the home office to work and clear this backlog that has been building up and hanging there for just too long !

The coincidence is, right after hearing this on the news, I went to the post office as there was something for me there and guess what : my hubby received his RC TODAY ! Not even 2 months have passed since we sent his application !
And my good friend who is also hiding somewhere in this forum also received it today...

Don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions about the EEA Family Permit, or EEA 1/2 applications ;)

Cheer up guys, and be patient !!

All the best,
Kregen

I have submitted my EEA2 application on 02/07/13 via the Liverpool Office and without the fees as introduced to be effective as from 1/7/13. I have no idea the forms has changed with application fee because i had printed the old form before the new form came out and as well applications been sent to Durham office. I emailed marje clarke and she says the application will be returned to me and I will make new one with the fees but she didn't mention WHEN it will be returned.. I'm so so worried.. Please help!!
