I wrote it myself, lawyers wont do this for you and to be honest they just see you as a job so will only do so much, i have listed the email address below, please let me know if you need more help

Yes you do as I hear there are several delays with some appeal cases

Alhamdulilah my wife receive ever her call in letter today through the post so she will Inshallah go on Monday to submit passport, all it asks for is passport but I need to find out a way to pay the IHS fee as it does not let me pay it on the system, any ideas people

Asslam-o-laikum, sad news for me just got rejection over financial as said may 2015 slip was missing but it was provided them I don't know what's wrong with them then other point was doesn't look like a family relationship between both wth!!! Guide me ppl is appealing better and how long does it takes to over turn a desicion !? And those forms of appeal has to submit form pk or from the UK like ways good?? BTW my timeline was :
Online : 20th July
Bio : 13th Aug
Doc Received : 19th sepsep
Processed mail on update Req : 3rd Nov

Hello everyone,
Seeking your expert advice on Uk immigration rules for a salaried employment.
Just a confusion ,can I use category A to meet financial requirement when I have a job on permanent basis ,but this job has such a contract which will be re-new after every 3rd month.( here renewal means negotiation of some conditions but my salary is consistent and completing my requirement )
Does this make any difference when my contract shows a renewal basis after every third month?
kindly guide me in this regards.
I have known about other requirement of 6th months wage slip,p60,bank statements and employee letter .But just a little confuse about the nature of job contract.

My wife has just submitted her call in letter and passport, will she need a new TB certificate when collecting her passport or for entry within UK?

Also we have have yet to be asked to pay our IHS fee as we cannot currently do it as the service is locked

The old tb test will be OK as it was valid at the time if the application
I'm not too sure about the IHS fee... maybe try calling them and do it over the phone?... Keep us updated if u find out how

Is this my review deadline date.
The letter also states that the process of preparing appeal can take upto 15 weeks.
Is that 15 weeks from the date i appeal or from the date on letter??

Yes this is ur review deadline... And its 15 weeks from when you get the letter.

Remember to tell her to really push for it to get reviewed as two other MP's have done so for their constituents, my MP (Roger Godsiff) and tiger_girl (Judith Cummins), maybe go to one of thier surgeries or phone thier secretary he usually writes the email

No sis there isn't any problem it's just a waiting game hopefully your husband will inshallah get a call or email for his call letter by the end of this week or in the next week.

Would u please share your refusal reasons if you don't mind?

Thankyou so much for the reply, puts my mind at peace. My case was refused on the basis that my last wageslip was dated after the day i made my visa application payment online, because of this they only counted 5 wageslips. I thought that the deadline date of wages was on the day my husband submits his visa case. I made the visa application payment online about 10 days before giving the actual file in to the embassy. As they did not accept the later wageslip i sent them an earlier one to complete 6 month wageslips

Don't forget to take three copies if the call in letter and please keep us updated.

Also have they contact you to pay your IHS fee again or have you done so already

yes it does say that but you pay no fees when submitting call in letter, my wife submitted her call in letter on Monday so you should be three days after me inshallah, were you not refunded your original IHS fee when you application was rejected?
