Your application gets assigned to a CMU team upon application. If you start at CMU1, you stay with CMU1 until completion.

Hi guys, after two months from my completed evetting I finally received the letter with the instructions to pay the 950 euro fee and also the oath of fidelity form to receive the certificate at home. This means the oath of fidelity is not cancelled yet, but who knows for how long it will be an option. Hopefully for a few more months so people don't have to wait until December for their certificates!
Hi AmiVera2022, May I know what was the approved date mentioned in the letter, please? Thanks .
Hi! There was no date in the letter but it was sent on Friday and they gave me 4 weeks to pay. I'm not the only one btw, I saw other people in the forum who received the same so I assume the form is still being sent for some time
I received approval on 20 June (letter dated 17 June) and was requested to submit a signed declaration to receive certificate via post (looks like there are doing a mix of ceremonies and statutory declarations depending on timelines at the moment). Sad not to be able to attend a ceremony but also relieved I don't have to wait until December for my certificate!

I got same too, same date as yours on the approval letter, and attached with Fidelity. Fees paid and Fidelity forms sent back. Not sure how long it will take to receive the certificate?

Could you please update once your payment is processed and received cert?

it’s such a good news and gives hope to everyone that current process of certificate by post is still there, huge relief and kudos to dept.

Yes, I will. For now the payment has not being processed yet but I believe it will as soon as the certificates team will review the oath of fidelity. There is a post about this specific topic now: ireland/declaration-of-fidelity-is-back-t330154.html

Just trying to see how long it’s taking to get cert after declaration and payment submitted .

Hi! Has anybody else received the declaration of fidelity form via post in the meantime? I'm trying to figure out if the letters with the form that got sent 2 weeks ago were a one-off or if it's going to be like this for a few months now

I also received the form to sign the declaration of loyalty and fidelity to the state. Got approval letter 20th of June. A few others have also received this.
Looks like this maybe the case for the next while.
I'd imagine it will help to clear the huge back log of application approvals. If everyone had to wait until December, they might need a few ceremonies.

Thanks for your answer, I was wondering if anybody else got it after the 20 of June because it looks like after that date nobody else in the forum received it….

Great news Ami,

I see my payment application status on portal is still submitted, is there any one else who got approval around 20th June and submitted payment/declaration within week and waiting for payment status on portal to be completed ?

I also received my approval letter on 20 June (made payment & submitted form on 23 June) - status is still sitting in "Submitted". I've seen others say about 2-3 weeks for the payment to be processed so I'm hoping it goes through soon!

I think it's because you sent the declaration and paid a couple of days before while I did everything that same day I received the letter. Your payment will be processed soon I believe :)
