UPDATE -

Scary though

Just spoke to HO -

Status - (Today AM) Awaiting Further Consideration
Status - (Moments ago) - Under Consideration

ALSO - Something in the post have gone out for me today - I have been given the Recorded delivery number -

Wish me plenty of Luck guys.. Hope tomorrow is the day of my Life

This forum is very helpful.I will go through the details.

I have 2 dependents(spouse+ 4 years old kid ) I hope i need to pay one fee only (Â£395) application fee for my kid is not required.
do i need to send my passport along with dependent applications?

I hope it won't much time since they are planning to travel to home town.

Just wait for couple of days and your check would debted from your account. If you did not write your name on the back, then still no big worry. You would be fine...

I don't know the expiry date since I haven't got my documents from my agent

Folks I received my passport from my agent, when I looked at the visa date I was surprised. Visa was granted on 18-Mar-09 until 18-Mar-12... But when I called HO it was "Awaiting Consideration" on 18-Mar-09 evening and "Under Consideration" from 19-Mar-09 till 24-Mar-09.. Not sure what they were doing with the documents??

But anyhow, all went well... Once again thanks for all your support folks

04 Feb - applicaiton posted
05 Feb - application received by HO and processed payment
18 Mar - Awaiting consideration
19 Mar(Morning) - Awaiting consideration
19 Mar afternoon my company received a call from HO to confirm my details
19 mar (Late afternoon) - Under consideration
20 Mar (Morning) - Awaiting further consideration
20 Mar (Late afternoon) - Under Consideration
23 Mar (Mornin) - Under consideration
24 Mar (Evening) - package dispatched
25 Mar - received passport with approval

they have returned mine and my wifes passport with stampiing but they havent sent my kids passport and his birth certificate. need to call HO tomm and find out

does anybody gone thru the same?????

This is a typical example of the world class service they are doing....

After seeing this update I totally lost the interest to call HO..

I called them this afternoon at 4.45pm and they said my case is still "Under Consideration".

Im just going to wait now...

congrats mate...
I applied on 5th feb got me passport on 24th march.. i never called home office as i dont want to waste my time.. some time when u rec you passport u call HO and your case is still under consideration...

Hi,

Today I called up Border Agency for the first time after 6 weeks of application and they told me that my application "Awaiting further consideration". What does "Awaiting further consideration" mean? Does Border Agency tells more than this when status is enquired?

I got my approval visa (Tier1) yesterday.

I am planning to apply for my dependents since i missed their applications with mine.

For maintenance of funds i am planning to send my bank statements?Do i need to take a latter from bank also stating that i have
enough funds from last 3 months.

More Misery-

I spoke to HO late this afternoon to confirm the Tracking number I was given. They confirmed it, and I spoke to Royal mail afterwards. Royalmail confirmed that this dlivery isnt goe out with todays dispatches.

I just tracked the delivery number on royalmail's website, it says it has been DELIVERED from our COVENTRY Office. I live in Harrow, Middlesex.

What pathetic joke is goin on? I am sure no one experience anything like before?

I would like to update you guys with my timeline. I have been very thankfull to member of this forum and particularly of all members on this UK applicants-timelines trails.

One Strange problem also with my application, we got new visa from 24th March 2009 rather than from date of expiry of current visa which is 12th July. So i am short of 3&1/2 month in my stay.

Any suggestion welcomed.

guess u didnt mention clearly that you will fall short and kindly provide 3.5 mths extra ?

dont expect HO to calculate and help u get ur residency, u need to help urself aka DIY.

nothing can be done now, had u mentioned it, HO would have given u, now wait till end of expiry and apply again for a visa

I just called my bank and they told me that the cheque has not even been submitted for collection as yet.... the ppl in the home office have just asked me to wait.... i dn know what to do!!!!

Thanks for your reply. I have clearly mentioned in my covering letter and also mentioned when it is expiring and also clear reason. But do not know why such over look.
