Well if it helps, although BHC did not request my feb 2014 i sent it anyways to then via email last Monday and my husband via was granted on the 6th.saf786 wrote:I don't get this cat business but I applie as self employed and sent all statements showing my earnings plus accountant letter!

Hi. Yeah I did.
