Hi Ahmed,

i have situation like urs in earnings section.

12 months pay slips, 12 months bank statements
P60 (which does not cover the entire period i'm claiming for)

Letter from employer: what is the content of this letter. i have to get one this. I have a letter from employer stating that basic and location allowances per month not NI and TAX. Is it OK?

During filling the application which are the check boxes i have to check.

Like required evidence or required evidence and exception case?
What reason i have to mention in the exception case?

Please advice.

Thanks
Raman

Hi Paramjit,
Thanks for the reply. Is it EC and 2nd stage of applicaion is same or different?

You mean to say once first stage is approved, we have time to apply for 2nd stage within next 6 month? My understanding is Correct?

Please reply.

Out of country application: Bangalore, India

Application delivered on: 07th Dec 2006
Payment cleared on: 08th Dec 2006

An email with Reference number was sent to me on: 12th Dec 2006.
An email saying decision has been made was sent to me on: 14th Dec 2006.

However i donot know what is the decision that HSMP team has made. The email to me says that "a decsion has been made on your application". It also says that "You can either call up 011 4207 4074 to know the decision or wait for the letter. Please allow us 12 weeks to deliver the letter by airmail".

I called them up today(18th Dec 2006), however they told that they cannot disclose it over phone and i need to wait for the HSMP letter to reach me - which they say it may take atmost 12 weeks !! = 3months!!

Anyone else also in a similar situation. Your reply is appreciated.

Thanks a lot in advance,
Aby

I've use this forum for a long time now, so I thought it appropriate to list my own experience:

4th december 2006 - Application sent
7th december 2006 - Application received
11th december 2006 - CC charged and reference number received
12th december 2006 - Decision made, and documents collected for courier
18th december 2006 - Documents received back

Decision: Approved (YAY)

Documents Sent:

Birth Certificate
Bank Statements
Wage Slips
Degree Certificate
Cover Letter
IRP5 (Similar to P60)
Letter from university

All the best for other applicants :)
