I'd suggest you speak to your employer about your salary. It's a marginal increase and mine did it for me. Try your best to negotiate something with them!

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows what the process is for requesting your documents back. I applied for a T2 visa and it got rejected. I have decided not to appeal and the numbers given on the rejection letters do not work. I called the ukba general enq. And they gave me a number which..surprise surprise ! Doesn't work either.
I am worried I will be classed as an overstayer! The ukba are so incompetent !!
If anyone has any advice on what to do please let me know.
