Hi.... Can anyone plz tell me how u recieve interview letter after interview intimation letter? I recieved interview intimation letter on 28th jan and today i missed royal mail delivery card mentioning signed for letter... Will it be interview letter.. M very much worried, what will be it?? Now i will get it on 14th...

I guess your visa is approved.....people getting letter mentioning 31st Macrh means 80% chances for interview....while 7th April mean less chances of interview and visa straight away....is my opinion...

as i said is my personal opinion, i've observed people getting letter stated 31st march mostly getting interview while stated 7th April are not many......wait and see you'll find yourself.......

Hi Guys,

My interview lasted 1 hour and it was in Leeds City.

Interview question was almost same which we have on the forum already .

there was couple of questions which was specifically related to my case.

i will share some questions and answers here.

Q1. Who chose the wording of your business plan and website.
Ans: myself and my business ad visor/consultant.

Q2. How you are advertising your business

Ans:i am advertising by leaflets,website, visiting cards, online advertisements at yell.com and freeindex.co.uk etc.

Q3. how many response you have received.
Ans:i have received 10 to 15 responses through advertisements.

Q4.how many of new clients you have made since you have applied for your visa.

Ans: I am negotiating with couple of clients.

Q5.This mean you have not made any more clients ?

Ans:To be honest i am signing contracts myself at the moment because this is not professional and un ethical ,as i do not want to be in a position where i can turned around and say to my clients that i can not provide you services because i am leaving the country due to visa issues. i have be maintain the Integrity all the times under the ACCA professional code of conduct .

Q6.Why you have used the code as a Management Accountant and Business Analyst while the services you are proving are mainly accountancy services.

Ans:Well this is the closest code i have found.I am also proving the services of Management Accountant.

I am fully qualified and affiliated with the ACCA ,although i am not the member of the ACCA ,therefore i can not use the title of ACCA as chartered certified accountant .but i will stat that my degree allow me to provide the accountancy services.

Q7: Have you got business insurance ?

Ans:i have got the quotes from insurance companies but the problem is that they are offering one year contract, i am waiting for visa process to get complete so that i can sign the one years insurance with insurance company.

Q8: Have you got office premises ?

Ans:Yes i have seen some offices which are available to let out
They offer 6 to 12 months contact .I will finalise with them once final decision is taken on my application .

I am asked to attain interview under paragraph 245DD(h). Has anybody else got this type of interview clause?

Can you please explain what do you mean telephone interview ? U received call today .?how come its possible on Saturday ? And what they asked and how long it lasted .? And is it in country application ..?

Yes it's from home office, they asked some general questions, like contract, business account, website etc. b ready for call even on sunday

I also got telephone interview on Saturday after a week of that intimidation letter. it lasted like about 10 minutes, she asked very general types of questions about funds and contracts. Now hope has been increased as its good to know that our application is being on the table and processing.

Yes he asked me about the immigration history .this was the first question he asked me.

My answer was in months and year . i did not mention the dates as it was not a memory test . he was just wanted to know what i was doing since i am in uk.

Hello Aliraza, One more from me if you dont mind. when they ask for immigration history, I guess they dont mean all the jobs datewise you did since you entered the UK. It is just the date you entered and the category of visa you switched to for eg from student to psw and then applied for entrepreneur visa. Please advise.

My answer was" i came in UK in January 2007 on student visa. From January 2007 till January 2012 i was on student visa and i was doing BSC hones and in Applied Accounting.

"From January 2012 till January 2014 i was on Post Study work Visa and i was doing some additional exams of ACCA"

I got my interview letter they mentioned like this....

"In light of recent changes to the immigration rules made 31 January 2013,we are asking you to attend an interview to help us assess your application for Tier 1(Entrepreneur) against paragraph 245DD (h) of the Immigration rules".

what is paragraph 245DD (h) of the Immigration rules.how it is affect on the application.

Please if anybody attended the interview like this and what they gonna ask the interview questions,give me the advice.
