Tnankyou all and I am sure others in November will start getting their approval soon. The approval process has gone bit faster now as when I applied in the begining of August, I got my approval at the end of October (almost 3 months) but when my wife applied begining of Nov and she got it today (around a month).
Also I saw from October time line, it is taking around a month for processing.

Congrats and Many thanks Sammy for sharing your story. So, did you have to send the original of your application later on?

How did that mistake get rectified? Also, if you sent additional information / document to home office later on, could you share the address where it had to be sent?

Many thanks,
K

Thank you. The problem was that the application form was photocopy accept the page 15 where my picture glued, it was a really stupid mistake. I risked it and did nothing about it. I wrote them a letter they would get confused. I would not recommend what I have done and it was purely my choice. I don't know their address and but I guess the address in the application form should be enough.

Do you have similar situation?

They gave initially me a date 21/01/2015  :( I was like come on so paid for a private ceremony. I don't really believe my council but hey no choice.

Thanks Sammy for your response. So, if I understand correctly you did NOT write any letter and took the risk, which worked out in favour, which is great.

My situation is that I mentioned (on page 15) that I am including some documents (P45) for last year 2013-14, when I was employed and getting paid by PAYE and that for this year (2014-15) I am self-employed and I can't do self-assessment as the financial year has not ended (I did provide proof of my UTR number and that I paid my Class II NIC etc.). So, I wanted to include P45 for last year, but the caseworker at NCS didn't allow me to do so, saying that they (Home Office) will have access to all this information anyway (Which is true).

Now, I have a choice to make. Either
(a) Send P45 for last year and a recent CRB done (as I am self-employed) to Home Office stating my case number etc. (which I now have as I received the acknowledgement letter)?
(b) Do nothing till asked to?

What would you suggest? My dilemma:
If I follow (a) I will be proactive and hopefully the document will reach in time before they start assessing my application and there won't be any delays, but I risk confusing them or being sent back in the queue

If I follow (b) - I will be following being safe (not to confuse them) and wait till they ask me to send these documents. Or not - assuming they get those documents anyway from HMRC considering they have my NIC number etc.

Looking forward to hearing from you and as well from others.

Thanks,
K

Ok, I can't say do this or that but if the person at ncs said you don't need to including , why trying to send it. Are they actually requesting p45s for this application ? I had to declare I was divorced in the passed. Put all the details of my ex but the lady didn't take the decree absolute. I had all passports with visa ect , the lady didn't want it. I travel a lot i doubt the lady photocopied the pages with immigration stamps . Would not be able to photocopy 20 pages in 2 minutes. If your p45s must have taken and the ncs staff failed to do it, go ahead if not .let them contact them.I hope someone can help for this question. It might be better if you create a new post .

Yes I risked it and worked. But you know each case is different . The photocopy looked so good that even the ncs lady didn't noticed.

Great job Sammy! Thank you.

Is it possible to highlight those who were approved, like in October timeline, they highlight all approved person fields by green, so it makes it even easier to see the progress? :)

Unfortunately,I can't upload the spread sheet cos of extensions or it is too big so what I have done is to put in on word and email it to myself , open with my phone at that stage the phone does not show the highlights :-( but I can try it again or send the spread sheet to you. Pm me if you like it in this way :D
