now i dont hve any option for appeal,
so wht do u think at the time of extension, is it 100% confirm that they will gonna refuse my application, or is there any positive option ,,
other wise i better not to waist money in new addmissions,,,???
pure soul the things u told me before that was all ABSOULTLY RIGHT ,

last week of october ..
my application signe and process date is
16 frb 2009
but i got my passport and HO statment papers on 17 april ..
posted on 14th april BY HO ..
dunno why they kept from 16th feb .. til 17th april

Yes there is no point appealing this refusal now. It will be a waste of money and time (urs and court). And yes all ur future applications will be refused. I m very very sure

If u r asking as to how u can live in UK then if u have a British/EU girl friend then u should get married in a church then u wil get visa on human rights but otherwise no option at all. Dont waste ur money.
If u r asking abt any other nice option then i wud say since u stil hav a 5/6 months valid visa so get ur papers ready. Make bank statement. and apply for a student visa in Canada or Australia from UK. Its easier to get it from hr. I wud say go for Canada since they need ppl and also u can get permanent stay after living there as a student after one year if u want. But u should hav a valid reason as to y u want to move from UK to Canada/Australia and also need to show money in account and also that u wil leave their country after finishing. Ur best bet is if u get admission in a UNI there and pay lil fee and then apply.

Wel u beta do something rather than just sitting down. Like a 5/6 month certificate or somfng that could link up wid ur studies in Canada/Australia.(They wil ask u wt r u doin ryt now in visa interview.)

yes again u r right , same suggestion i m hve been given by one soliciter,
canada and austraillia and
other wise only SPOUSE visa in the uk ..
no other option,,
well he told me that if girl from any country come to study here or WORK
,u can apply as a spouse ,(as a dependant of her aft geting married) r u sure abt this ?
i mean is it must that girl should be a british ??
n ur all info is 100% correct,,
i m sure ur profession is LAW ...

Hello Kashi, I did do that.They told me they have verified me.It's upto HO.I am not receiving any response from HO after verification.OBC has got all of my assignment as well that I did hand-in last year during my course.So if HO asks for any assign obc can send them anytime.Reagrds.

Realistically you shouldn't wait beyond six weeks but we have seen some people waiting 6 months even those from top universities. I must honestly say I don't have a clue how long but just keep your fingers crossed and if you have a supportive local MP, contact them to help inquire about your case from the HO.

MP's are useless. They cant do anything except giving the same answer which you will get when you ring 0870 606 7766.

man nothing heard from no body. It is 7th month since we have sent the passport and now its getting to the stage where it is becoming unbearable. feel shit now. life is not moving at all and every one is wondering what da F*** is gona happen to our passports. HO is taking a big piss Trust me I feel like going to the newspaper and whatever it cost me I will put an article against them and show everyone that they are ruining our lives.

We are all just like a family and i am so happy when everyone is showing sympathy for everyone. Guys you are all great and its a big help for everyone that you all share ur views here.
