I think you're jumping ahead of yourself. Apply and worry about all this if they reject you.

You are going to be asking the Home Office to apply discretion because of your circumstances - there are many reasons they might reject you - so just put a good case forward and hope.

I wouldn't be surprised if that baby is born before you hear back ...

I will happy to have my wife here legally, regardless of how long it will take to get ILR.

As much as the HO require supporting documents to be ''Original'', you can asked for your passport to be returned when needed(but not the applicant's as that would mean a withdrawer of application).

People give up their spare time to answer on this forum. There's no set time people are around - post your question and hope you get an answer.

thank u

my query was about an advisor that told me today that they can take the case and apply for spouse visa under article 2,8,14, and they are sure that i will have the visa within few weeks.
they wont apply for FLR m or o, they have different route.
but they asked for a lot of money.

Have you read the articles?

http://www.hri.org/docs/ECHR50.html#C.Art2

2 is only useful if you fear for your life.

14 is a general statement ensuring it covers all people equally.

So the only appropriate one is article 8 - but even then they could argue that your spouse could have the baby, then return and apply for a proper spouse visa.

I think, after you read the articles, you can make up your own mind as to how accurate "a few weeks" will prove to be.
they wont apply for FLR m or o, they have different route.
AFAIK - you still need to use a form - and FLR(O) would be the appropriate one. Someone might correct me on that.

I'm not an immigration expert - I'm just expressing an opinion.

I'm not sure what the technical problem is with your outbox but I would strongly suggest that you need to very aware of an advisor who claims to be able to get your wife a visa within weeks for a considerable amount of money!!

Dear All,
Regarding english exam, I am trying to meet the required skills through NARIC.
do NARIC supply us with a document stating that the applicant is meeting the qualification or we need another step after the OK from NARIC.

The Bachelors degree is equivlent to UK degree, and we have a document that the medium of instruction was english.

Thank u all
