it usually comes straight away...... unless there posting it then it comes after three days in the post, i would email them and raise an enquiry

Who do I email? I emailed bhc islamabad and they said to contact ukvi... Emailed them they said they only deal with active application's?!..... What should I do?

Why you're getting so worried brother ? You just won it just a little wait more .Did they give you some time frame ,they usually proceed further with in 10 working days or slightly later.just wait for 2 to 3 weeks and after that time do request your MP to get this sort out.
May Allah give you success soon. In fact you already won your appeal so be satisfied all will be well in near future for you.

Really dont understand why tribunal service do not send me Appeal notice after 3 weeks of payment deduction .

Well looks like im going to court then have not heard anything back from the home office yet

Everytime i phone same crap answer ohh you will hear some time after 24th december.

After doing everything accordingly by law, fulfilling each and every requirements and get faced with border control.

visa refused will appeal as need to give answres to reason of refusel
reasons
why is work place 45 mins away from home ( now we are supposed to turn away
jobs as to far and will only work if its next door) people go to work 1 hour even 2 hours away.

no watsapp history ( to be honest forgot to add in) they asked this info from my cousin
who sent his watsapp history in straight away and received his visa 1 week later)
I have gathered all watsapp viber history from 1 year 8 months, from the time after
I married until now..

wage slips match p60, but it does not match HMRC
AND after September no NI or tax contributions being paid.
called HMRC was advised all payments upto date until now.
and that employers have over paid HMRC
received full statement of all contributions
they even put in refusel letter that where I worked 2 years ago
that contributions not paid after September 2015
hang on that is not where I work.....anymore
their concern should be where I work now

one of the western union slips were not signed by myself and the agent....
and they believe no money was not transferred
I have also added the computerised receipts where it say transcation completed
and my spouse has all the receipts what date and what time money was received from western
union... but they believe that we are married and my spouse was in Pakistan before wedding a month after wedding as
all pics were in the file so that is lucky....

I wanted to ask that as I have all the watsapp form all that time back,
does my spouse also need to have watsapp history ready
as most of the time we speak on watsapp or landline. as my spouse calls using a calling card
and cards get thrown away after use.
on viber it doesn't show video calls only time and how many minutes call was made..
my spouse has records from june (watsapp) as new phone was purchased..
as I have read on the forums that its only the sponser who has to
send in chat history..thankyou

send in messaging, calls and likes video calling (If available Skype tango viber facebook)

better to be on safe side.

They accept screen shoots of spouse and applicants calls on Skype. Providing you give in pages of call logs made over the months 4 6 8 pages per month (whichever)

It's better to take pics with different clothes and background

whatsapp conversation history at least 4 6 8 12 start middle and end of month pages per month will be really helpful

Or you can just email the conversation to your email address and it'll be available for print. Mind u it'll be 100 's of pages.

spouse has 100 pages of watsapp history all different convos differnet clothes
viber from june as spouse had new phone and all ald viber got delaeted
so our convos video and chats on viber start in june till now..
spouse does not have facebook account.
we havnt used Skype or tango no accounts only viber as it does video also
we also talk on watsapp since it started the convo thing

After refusal and on going appeal process does ukvi ask for bank statements and wage slips from time of refusal until present?

Or is it just the evidence we need to provide which is related to refusal notes ??
