Hello, mulder wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2019 10:10 amWe got an email that the card will be received within 7 days.
Does he card holder have to sign the card personally? Or can her sponsor (and at the same time family member) do it? Maybe if she signs an authorizing letter in advance?
What happens if she misses the delivery because she has to travel for a week?
Thank you ever so much. Could you please email me on my email. Email address removed by moderator.hrak1978 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 10:25 pmIf you know her 16 DIGIT APPLICATION NUMBER then u should link it.
It depends how long will it take. A friend of mine who applied having same situation like you got his status in 19 days.
I think it depends on the case worker. The case worker who phoned my friend he was very very very helpful. Thats what my friend said.
So make a covering letter explained him your immigration history with exact dates and apply. By the Grace of God you will get it.
@askmeplz82 motivated me alot and some other fellow members.
So just go ahead. Good luck

I do not have anresidence permit or BRC as I've entered the UK with the EEA treaty stamp at the airport. I've been living with my husband in the UK since August 2018 and applied for pre-settled status.
Submitted my application: May 24th
Biometrics: May 29
COA: May 30
Decision: Still waiting
I sent an email to enquire about the progress of the application around June 3rd. They responded within 2 days that my biometrics have been received and verified & that my case was being considered. I called resolution centre yesterday (June 27) but pretty much got the same answer that was in my email. Hoping for a decision soon.
Hi.abimfol wrote: ↑Mon Jul 29, 2019 11:31 amHi Everyone, I am new here and I have some concerns about obtaining a residence permit (pre-settled status).
Just last week I obtained my EU Settlement scheme family permit to join my wife who is already in the uk. She is living with a family member and I do plan to join her there till we are able to find our own accommodation after I get a job. So my questions are below
1. Do I need proof of address to get pre-settled status? I won't have any because I have not paid any bills to have one neither do we have rent contract/agreement in our name
2. Am I to register for National Insurance before applying for pre-settled status?
Will be glad to have some answers to my questions.
Thanks
