Hi Scan me

I haven't seen the letter yet so I don't know what it says.

My husband has got an appointment at Gerry's on 22nd September.

I will let you know when I know more about what documents have been asked for.

Hi ccyrex

The time to receive the call letter can vary a lot.

Some people wait just 2 weeks but my husband had to wait 19 weeks after the appeal determination had been sent.

It really depends how lucky you are.

I hope you receive it soon but if it takes time people on this forum are a Great help.

Hi SHAHZAD1204

My husband first applied back in June 2009 and was rejecxted in August.

We appealed in September 2009 and heard in February 2010 that his appeal was in April.

We were told at the time that a 6 - 7 month wait for an appeal was fast.

He will hand his passport into Gerry's next week and hopefully he will get it back before the end of the year, by then it will be 18 months from the 1st application to stamping the passport.

I don't mean to disappoint you but I think you need to be prepared for a long wait - its very unfair but thats the way it is.

Good Luck

Hi searching

My husband's determination came through after 19 days but the paperwork was dated on day 14.

I've heard some people have got their determinations within 10 days so it depends on your luck.

Good Luck to you.

Nice one Scan me.

My husband has got his appointment with Gerrys on Wednesday so we are a couple of days behind you.

Just out of curiosity did they ask you anything you were not expecting?

I hope you get your stamped passport back very soon because I know you have waited a long time like us.

Hi searching

Yes the judge in our case reserved descison so we had to wait 19 days wondering if he would determine in our favour.

Luckily he did and I hope you will be fortunate too.

hey searching

Cheeza is rite thats what happend in our case. but my wife and my solicitor was confident that we have won. even judge told em. but he said i have to look through documents once again so he reservd it in our case aswell and we received determination letter after 26 days. as cheeza said she received in 19 days so its diffrnt to every 1.

thats about it i think you dont need to ring AIT. you just wait couple of days we rang after 19 days and they said its done and its gone for typing..

Hi guys,

My uncle's appeal was decided in June and the decision was dated 10 June 2010. We still havent received any call letter from BHC about submission of passports. Have they lost it somewhere? I think its quite late but dont know who should i contact about it. Any ideas?

Thanks
