Has anyone got any advise about the following situation,

If i am looking to go Pakistan to get married in 3 months time and if I will be also applying for the visa straight after the marriage while i am still in Pakistan then what evidence of a subsisting marriage can be shown as we will have only been married for like 1 or 2 weeks? (apart from showing the wedding photos which i will do)

As its also an arranged marriage, do you think the immigration officer would expect to see evidence of contact before we got married while i am still in UK?

Walaikam Asalaam
Wedding photos of nikah, and nikah nama translated etc will suffice.
As long as you mention in ur application form it is arrange as there is an option in the form
My cousin applied this way and it was fine..

I would however add in some photos of use perhaps out and about sightseeing or at a restaurant , something to show them your genuine :) Maybe even a copy of ur ticket showing them how long u plan to stay and spend time with her (if you r staying after the marriage too that is)

People have applied in the same way as you with limited evidence of marriage as they applied straight away so dont worry and all the best!
Applied online 15/9/15
Biometrics mirpur 17/9/15
Documents confirmation November

And some people who applied in october heard back in begining of 5 month they asked for more documents. Mine be nearly six month 1 n half weeks away and im am so worried about what going to happen. My dua is for everyone on this forum who are waiting for a answer and inshallah everything going to alright.

Do you know how long the appeal wait is

Im so sorry to read abour your refusal
I know exactly how you feel right now
Mine was refused exactly 1 year ago. India ECM was given until September 2013 to review the decision. In October 2013 i found out my court date was set for February 2014!
I have now had my court case and its been 5 weeks and im still waiting for the Judges decision!
Its a very long wait
ECM gets 90 working days to review your case and that's if he changes his mind. If he doesn't then it takes another 6 months to get into a court
My advise is that if you have only be refused because of an employee letter then just reapply

1 thing i was never refused because of finance but because of English test. But when i went to court the Home Office Rep asked me about finance. She asked me how many employee letters i submitted in my application. I told her a job contract and a holiday letter.
Now she said to the Judge submitting a employment letter is in the appendix. Its one of the points of refusals if you don't. I was not aware. Judge said to her he agrees but the ECM never had a problem so why is she bringing it up. It is a requirement and my barrister told me the same.

Appendix '5.6. Salaried and non-salaried employment – specified evidence
(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
(i) the person's employment
and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of
their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or
were paid the level of salary relied upon in
the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).'

Thats form the Appendix Google it
My advise is reapply putting in your refusal.
Appealing is a very long process
Good luck
