I received a letter from my local MP today :-

Best Wishes
Yours Sincerely

Your lucky they asked for the extra documents they just refused ours on basis of no photos after marriage which were in the case, only sent money to Pak three times but submitted case after 6 months of marriage, no employment letter which our solicitor sed we didn't need

Really they should have asked for extra documents but refused it instead. They wrote they think it is not a constitute relationship

Submitting a new case next week from Islamabad as Islamabad seem to be getting quicker replies than mirpur. She's expecting as we'll so wil add her medical reports hope in Sha Allah this time it won't be a problem :|

Good luck with yours

Sorry to hear yu were refused in sha Allah next time yu wil get it. If their is a missing piece of information regarding your finance then bhc asks for it but they never ask on missing information which causes doubt on wheather a relationship is subsiting.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all

We had our case created by a solicitor had met all requirements even the Gerry office were shocked by the decision. But this time we will attach the report of her pregnancy so in Sha Allah fingers crossed. Allah does everything for a good reason only annoying thing is to pay the submission fees again
