and there isnt much information available how to get success to upgrade no phone number.

Just looking back in this very thread there are minimum ten people, who submitted their ILR before 09-Dec-2015 and never left any message on whether they were successful or when they received their BRP:

No updates since.

Still waiting for any news. Have considered upgrading but have decided that it has already been 3 months, so will only be 'up' to another 3 months to wait...

I sent my wife's SET(O) application on ~10th of February (I got my ILR in PEO before her).
Biometrics and payment were processed pretty quickly but no news since then

No idea why it's taking so long, her case is straight forward: PBS dependant for 5+ years with almost no absences.
Her language test was in Trinity College so shouldn't be any issues with that..

Applied / switch -twice for premium service dated 2nd & 6th June but no response yet.... Feeling so frustrated...no help from HO...
Our holiday plan is ruined & having sleepless nights.
I read so many people switch to premium service but I have no luck at all...!
My finger still cross for good news.

Dont be frustrated might be your application in process thats why did not reply you Always try to think positive.I am on the same plate form although I applied before you 20th of january and I am still waiting as well.
Home office have no policy for sorting/processing application the people applied later they got their visa but january and february application still no response.
One of my friend applied 11th of april he got his visa today although his case was not straight forword he amended tax just before sending his application but he got the visa and I had applied in january I have no self employment my all income base on my job but I am still waiting so we cant say that if your case is straight forward they process quickly.
So please keep faith and positive hope instead of putting yourself in stress and frustration.
We all will get our visa very soon inshaALLAH.

Hi mate
No he didnt attached any amended letter because he didnt get any thing from HMRC he amended his tax because in hmrc record he was below £3000 from his threshold income and he updated at the very last moment so it was not updated in HMRC system at the time of posting application.

OK, at least we know they have started doing February applications now.

Just received this from my immigration Consultant. Thought some of you might find it useful....

Please see an abstract from the UKVI website to fast track your application. In total you will need to pay additional £500 per person to fast track the application.

"Get a faster reply to your visa application

You may be able to get a decision within 5 working days if you’ve already sent your visa application by post.
You can use this service if you’ve applied for settlement in the UK using one of the following forms:
SET (AF)
SET (F)
SET (LR)
SET (M)
SET (O)
You can also use this service to apply for a biometric residence permit (BRP) if you’re settled in the UK with no time limit.

Fees

You must pay £400 per person, in addition to the application fee you’ve already paid.

How to apply

Download and fill in the request and payment forms.
Send them to the email address on the request form.
What happens next

Only the first 5 requests received each day between 8am and midday (Mondays to Thursdays only) are accepted.
You’ll get an email by 5pm the same day if you’ve been accepted.

If you’re accepted for the faster service

You must give your fingerprints and photo (biometric information) if you haven’t already done this.
You’ll be told if your application will take longer than 5 working days. This could happen if:
extra checks are needed
you need to go to a premium service centre in person - you’ll have to pay a £100 booking fee"

So it sounds as if you may need to apply each day, as only 5 cases a day are accepted Monday to Thursday....

Thanks you for advice I have received BRP with correction in 38 day. well I have one question. I got ILR approval letter issued on 25th April 2016 and BRP issued on 26th April 2016 with mistakes. Now with correction I have received BRP 02nd June 2016. So, on which date I have applied for Naturalisation AN bit confuse.

Do I have follow the Approval Letter of ILR date, or BRP correction issued date.

Why are you misleading us.

We are suffering for 5-6 months already and you are bringing confusion. Why don't you set up a different topic and discuss your problems there?

We have paid 6-8 thousand pounds,we are waiting for half a year. We have families, 3-4-5 dependants. The Home Office is a nightmare to deal with. Our holidays are ruined. And now. People are paying thousand pounds extra for upgrading to premium service. they are denied this bloody service because you need to be lucky to call in the morning from 8 am and be the first five of them.

You don't understand people suffering, people pain.

Just set up you separate bloody thread and relieve yourself there.
