My thoughts were correct, I called HR this morning to be informed UKBA contacted them in the middle of last week!!! I had also called my HR last Tuesday and was assured they would contact me for my permission as soon as a request was made so I can only guess contact was made on either the 29th or 30th September, I will ask a few more questions to establish the correct date soon.corrado wrote:

I'm getting quite worried now as my husband still hasn't been called to collect his passport, i've emailed them several times but they are not replying to my emails. Is there a UK number I can call to find out when my husband will be called to collect his passport. It's been a month since decision was made and today i've even missed celebrating my birthday with him coz of the amount of time they take.
I'm quite anxious that they have forgotten about us
