Lol fake documents are just as good as the real ones!!! Tax paid etc! I know ppl that have got their visas, are over here, working, paying tax and not claiming benefits! For some it works and for some it doesnt!!!!
The govt don't even want us in this country let alone calling our families over!

Like always hope has said they resorted us to this!

I mean in some cases its like expecting your mum in her old age to go out and find a decent job that let's her earn over 18 grand! Yeah that's exaggerated but for some of us its true! Lol

Salaam everyone!

It seems like there's way of speaking to representative at Gerry's I've tried calling their UK number but there's an automated message. I've tried emailing Gerry's too but they haven't even emailed. BHC haven't replied to me either. I am in a confused state. And have no idea how to communicate with these people regarding my husbands visa. It has now been 8 months and 5 days. No correspondence other than the acknowledgment of his application being under process is what I have :( it's stressing me out too much and affecting everything for me.
Centre - Karachi
Submission - 30/07/2013
Acknowledgement - 16/08/2013
RFC- 07/04/2014
VISA stamp- 04/04/2014
Outcome- ALHUMDULILAH visa granted

HI Does anyone now how long it takes to get tracking number of our applications ?
We submitted the spouse Visa application on 27-03-14 , and they only gave application reference number only and no tracking number.

Dear ALWAYSHOPE and Sophia20.

Please don't understand my words... I have never ever said bad quality documents are as good as real ones... I said before and I'm saying again... Good quality, verifable, original, as good as real documents... to give you an example... you don't have a job with £25K salary but if you have salary slips of £25K that can be verified by HMRC i.e. RTI tax record updated by accountant... that salary slip is 100% genuine and real... not all accountants will do this...but some will...

I would recommend this especially to girls sponsoring husbands...go with strong evidence...they will never delay your applictaion... if you earning £18,600 you are eligible but there is a greater chance of delay and stress for ages... keep calling gerry's or BHC.... nothing will help you...nothing ever... I know people who got spouse visas in weeks ...recently...just weeks...cos their cases were so strong...

Lets accept the reality... In 80% cases... and 80% on this forum have some problems...small or big... what will people do when home office will increase the financial requirements ... not all make good money in UK.. Its a general assumption that 90% self employed and company directors are fake... and most of them are fake to be honest... but they do get visas...dont they...more check and delays but still they get it..

anyways... its up to... don't ever give bad quality fake documents that cannot be verified... you will be a fool to do that and fools don't deserve to be in UK. Sometimes wrong is the right...play smart...

good luck...

I can only feel sorry for you...hope your stress is over soon... worst wait is the wait for the visa... your husband must be feeling the same..

Fn286,
Everything can get verified but what's the use of verifying anything 8 months later!!! Most ppl get lucky their cases get looked at straight away, ppl like that get away with it lol unlike some who aren't that lucky...
