morning every one.. i called to HO to this number 03001232253 yesterday for two times but in both of the cases they refused to take my case id saying that my application is still in their 6 months date line.. is there any other number or option where i can give my case id and see is there any update regarding my application? Thanks

Nope, that's the only one I found. They can't even give you any useful information because they only can see if your case is in progress or it's had a decision made on it.

Hello, I am an EEA citizen and we applied for an EEA2 permit for my Husband
This is our timeline:

13. December - Application submitted
18. December - COA with no right to work
27. January - New COA with right to work
23. March - Interview in Liverpool
9. June - Surprise Home Visit from UKBA

We have been calling the UKBA to ask for status updates but the response was always that everything is still in process and no updates so far.

We live in one room together in a shared house. The Home office is aware of this.O
We also are both working full time office hours 9 to 6. AGAIN: The Home Office is aware of this.

This morning we left the house for work as usual. Later, I received a text from my Husband telling me that our landlord has informed him that the home office came to our house for a surprise visit. They sat in their car in front of our home for another 30mins before they left again.

HELP anyone please?! What does this mean?

The Home Office is well aware that we live in a shared accommodation and that we are both working full time 5 days a week.
So why would they choose to come by at such an inconvenient time? To me this makes absolutely no sense.

Our 6 months time line is about to finish next week. Has anyone here had a home visit by the home office? What happened during that visit? Do we have to expect them to come by again at another day since they missed us today?

We are a genuine couple and are even in the process of buying a property in the UK at the moment.

yees finally some one decided to check my case id but the answer is same application is sill under process. something I have noticed in last couple of days no body seems has received their RC. this is very worrying thing for the february applicants like me

The 04/06/2015, I called HO to ask for my application, They told me that is still in process. The same day, I asked the return of our documentation,

And surprise, Today we RECEIVED our passport, WITH my RC (for me) and EEA1( Son and husband)

Thanks to all the people of this forum, It was a big help for me.

Finally some hopefull news from my side. I called the HO just now and i've been told that my case is on the final stages. We sent additional documents on 19th May (husband changed his job) and she told me that she can see the employment change and they are investigating that so after that you can hear from us soon. Any one experienced that "on the final stages" situation? Do you guys think that i will get my RC before 8th July?

hi again everyone! I called them again about 15 min. ago and my documents has been sent today. I asked about the outcome of the application and he said that they cannot say this over the phone...Is there any chance that our case is refused and thats why they are not telling anything about the outcome???Because most of you guys had conversation with HO and been told that it is approved over the phone...

Hi , I think you should wait and see as its just few hours left before you get the decision in your hands,Hope for Gud,They normally don't tell decision over the phone few people who were informed are lucky to be told on phone but nornally they don't no matter its granted or Refused.InshaAllah you will get it.

Hi Sali6454 i think i am a bit late to answer as you already found out that it is on the way and hopefully you will get it tomorrow I cannot track the delivery since i applied through a solicitor and she didn't included a special delivery envelope so i have to wait couple of days to have it..... almost been 6 month and did not receive anything except COA.
i called HO yesterday and they said still in process...
