Just a question guys, waiting nearly 6 months now, SET LR (M). What happens if they refuse? Does anyone know the next stages?
What is SET LR (M)? You mean SET(M)?

Friends, any one know when are we getting appointments in London

i have been trying since 2 days, it shows jan 15th is the latest available in cryodon

any better times to check to get the date bit early or
15th jan is the best date as per current circumstances?

Kindly assist
You need to keep checking. The cancellations show up immediately and not at midnight. Or take 15Jan. Not too far away as Sopra is closed most of next week. Once you book it, you cant see free slots without cancelling your appointment.

It seems like approvals have slowed down significantly. Timeline posts have been very quiet.

Have you contacted HO after 6 months? What steps have you taken already (if any) to chase HO?

Does anyone knows what's happening with set M? It seems HO competly lost the plot!!! Set O are getting approval within few weeks of submission but set M applicants been waiting for ages and it's not acceptable.
Has anyone made a complaint to HO? Does anyone know best way to raise this complaint?

Thanks,
I am set O and applied in june and no news still. I called and they said they don’t adhere to initial timelines anymore.

I am over my 6 month period for Set O and the HO said they cannot provide an update and no timelines are applicable anymore due to the pandemic. I’d like to hear what steps are there available to take because the customer service was quite short on the phone. Ah yes, they said if a member of your family dies then you can escalate your case. By member of family they only mean mom, dad, brother, sister.

More areas in England could be placed into Tier 4 restrictions - equivalent to a lockdown - as the variant COVID strain spreads across the country, the government's chief scientific adviser has suggested.

Hello everyone,

Is it clarified somewhere if people are allowed to travel between various tiers for the appointments?

TNT texted to say they tried to deliver my BRP today but that no one was home. This is untrue as I waited home all day and they did not show up. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not sure why then. Just reschedule the delivery with TNT and make a complaint later on.

Morning Cullinan, escalated through MP 2 weeks ago and still nothing heard. Complained through the website and still nothing.

ya, unbeleivable bias, people applied in DEC getting decisions while OCT and NOV applicants, and even some september applicants waiting.

I am very keen to figure out what usually causes the delay, apart from 'a lazy case worker', by which, actually, I am not convinced. I don't think 'a lazy case worker' can delay others' application for months without being scrutinised. I am very certain that my application is classified as complex for some reason and I want to know why it was. I thought my case was straightforward, apart from changing employers and having a gap in between. Another point is my solicitor has provided extra documents I believe and home office may be doing background checks on all of them.

bex 654, even i m thinking how they clasify and sort applications, its very unclear. i didnot provide any extra documents, i provided what is asked for. apart from that i do think it should not take longer to look into my details. i do have few things according to me if they want to check, but i also beleive they are not that important.
