I made the UK naturalisation application on 21 May 2020 and put on fingerprint re-use group. So far I did not receive IDV invite. I know few other users have not received the invitation so I am not the only one.

Have you checked you junk email?
Also, have you tried to log into the IDV App?

When did you register to UKVCAS?
Have you registered on the same day of your application?

I started the application on 14 May 2020 and finally submitted on 21 May 2020. Made the payment on 21 May 2020 and then I got the confirmation of payment and to follow the next steps. My account was already there, I guess due to my previous ILR application. So When I started to look for an appointment I did not create a new account. It already recognized my old account. the next day I got the confirmation of my application from the Home Office.

Yes, I checked junk email -- nothing there.
tried to login and have no access in my mobile.
registration, I guess was done in 2018 during my ILR application.

Yes, I did get an email on 1 Aug about the IDV App update "UKVCAS Biometric reuse update". I was trying to call the number you mentioned but the call is not able to go through. I hope I will get the invite today. Otherwise will call on Monday.

I am hoping you can help me clarify the questions that I have.

Just a bit of a background, I got my ILR status last Feb. I have applied for my 2 year old citizenship in June. I have put my name down as the representative and we got qualified for biometrics re-use and currently waiting for the IDV app invitation.

1. For the liveness photo requirement in IDV app, should I take a photo of myself or will it be my little one’s photo? Just confuse as we got qualified for biometrics re-use.

2. I also forgot to note that we were not able to get a referral from the GP or health visitor. But we submitted referral from a nurse friend and an engineer whom both professionally qualified. Would there be a way for me to tell the HO about this? I have e-mail confirmations from GP and health visitor that we did try to ask them but they are not able to provide a referral but I forgot to add this on the documents I submitted in UKVCAS website.

Thanks ... very nice of you to give a positive response rather than a negative feel like krishnakumarg before you. Wonder why we have such people whose main aim is to just be negative and try and score points over the others.

Anyways, on to some positive news. Just got the IDV app invitation 10 mins ago today. For those who would like to know, i applied on 16 June (i did write this before krishnakumag but no harm in repeating so writing again).

I didn't get any confirmation email too. I see that submit button in IDV app is grayed out though.

I am shocked , I did opt-out for idv but still they send me the invitation.
