i am bit confused...i did receive my BRP card...however did not receive my documents and passport back...

please can anyone tell me if the documents will arrive later or is it something to be concerned about...

can anyone tell me how much time can be spend outside UK...i read it it should not exceed more than 180 days in any calendar month...can anyone please shed some lite on this sentence

Hi smile always yes u cannot extend more then 180 days calendar year not calendar month :) congrats on ur visa approval. Hopefully we hear something soon too. Could ou please confirm your exact dates of application and biometrics as that may help us contemplating the time frames in a better way. Thanks;)

and you cannot take any other work apart from the businesses you have set up or taken over....

thanks....hopefully u all wud get urs soon...just a little patience i think...i got mine after 5-6 months...
biometric was given on 12 sept

Hi friends,

I applied for tier 1 entraprenuer visa on 11th feb 2013 got acknowledgement letter on 18th feb, Biometric letter on 22nd feb, gave biometric on 25th feb. Waiting for result.

The number is 0870 606 7766 then option 4 for other enquiry then 2 for applications status for more then 6 months you have to tell them the ref number name date of birth & your country of origination.. It depends some time the phone doesn't go through the line drops automatically but if it goes then you have to wait & 087 number cost some money don't know if there is alternative landline number..
