Things kept quiet but I alwz furnished them series of mails with almost the same response until 19th of November when I was told advanced stage.I rang this morning and the said your approval had been sent since yesterday that I might get in post if my mails alwz comes late but unfortunately nothing was delivered today. Hopefully tomorrow but I can't wait to open the envelope. Best of luck to all awaiting applicants and congratulations to all that have received.

Hello everyone, need some info. After submitting fees of 950€, there is a letter regarding oath date. In this letter is mentioned date of oath, venue, and other informations. Is it possbile for someone to upload a copy of that letter. People who have gone through or will be going in for 24th November oath in County Cork, might be able to help. I want to know exactly what documents department asks for us to carry when we go to registration counter on day of oath.

Please advise

Hi guys,

Can anyone inform me about what's the definition of "advance stage"?. Does submitting to Minister corresponds to "advanced stage"?

@babami, hopefully things are now sorted as I have been able to renew my GNIB card for another 6months while I await the decision on my retention of rights application which is currently with the EU treaty right review Unit. I have submitted the requested documents to the department and also a letter of recommendation from my boss at work and there is no issue with the citizenship application division as I have also updated the department with a copy my renewed GNIB and hopefully will get my approval for citizenship soon before the outcome of my retention of rights from the EU treaty rights division.
