Upcoming Ceremony in 2023/4

Hi.

Today I received the invitation for the ceremony on June 10th, and I noticed that my surname is not correct.
I tried to contact them through the phone, but the phone wasn't working. What should I do in this case?

Is the name missing some parts of your name? Happened to me, both in the first invitation email and the register page. But there is an option there saying something like "Your name is incorrect? Enter your full name manually" to change your name in the register page. Mine missing one part of my first name. I changed it and the second email that confirmed my entry has my name right.

Actually, they wrote the surname as Kapoor, but my surname is completely different. There is "We pre-populated your information. Doesn't look right? Clear Fields." I ll try this option then.

Yes it's on the invitation email,
"If you are a holder of an Irish Residence Permit you will need to produce your IRP card on the day of the ceremony to provide evidence of your in-date permission. Failure to have a permission valid on the date of the ceremony will result in you being refused entry to the ceremony."

Check your emails lovely people...my wife just got an invite for Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 11am. Dublin Convention Centre. (We live in Belfast/Northern Ireland by the way).

Yeah, I also got an invitation to the 20th June 11am ceremony, I received the email at 15:08. I'm also resident in Northern Ireland.

Those were long waits indeed - really pleased for you both! Don't know if my husband will make it as fee only processed last month, but we'll know soon:) We are also in NI:)

I have also received an invite this morning to Dublin on June 20. Fee paid late April and acknowledgement received on May 2. Based in NI. Good luck to everyone.

Just got my invitation! Dublin based, NVB disclosure viewed 18th April 2024, approval received 1st May 2024 (letter dated 26th April) and payment processed 7th May 2024. Ceremony Friday 21st June.

Received invite for June 21st, 15:00 at The Convention Centre, Dublin, Spencer Dock. I paid fees end of April 2024, based in Dublin.

Finally i got the invitation today at 7:30 am in the morning. June 20th at 1pm. Such a relief!!

I received mine too, but it says “you must register for your ceremony by clicking yes”. There is no link however does everyone have link in their emails? Maybe I just don’t see it

No link but a small button for you to click and will direct you to the page and fill in First/Last Name and Nationality. Once submit, you will received an email confirmation to attend the ceremony.

I am so sorry, but where is it located/ how does it look? I literally have only “powered by Cvent” button at the bottom. Nothing else. Again - sorry, I must be too excited that don’t see something so obvious

Received my invitation too for Dublin ceremony on 21st June. There is a dark green button displayed as "Register Now" just underneath "Yours sincerely, Citizenship Ceremony Team"
