@Shondra Sharma , yes they do. my case was flr(0) reconsideration as well. call the number and have your home office number ready.

God has set me free after 11 years of being illegal immigrant . just got my parcel . 30 months visa granted. so happy and confused dont know what to do next. . waiting for my BRP now.
