Dont worry guys, if they respond to an email when they are currently processing your app, then this is obviously the repsonse you will get
I agree - best to wait for the HO to contact you in writing and not to worry.

Why was your visa refused 3 times before?

Any substantial reasons or were they just being petty

Who did you email BTW

we'll i've been divorced so the 1st time the solicitor said i have islamic divorce so don't need decree absolute i applied without it and it was refused then I applied with decree absolute and they said i got married before i was divorced and thirdly my luck while i had applied the visa i got made redundant so thats my story so god knows what will happen this time.

I emailed them at UKHUB Pakistan Settlement Enquiries and Complaints

Hey guys!!! I haven't logged on here for agess!! But I wanted to give you guys update. Can someone update the september takes. My hubby got his visa and he is already here in london lol :D
He got a text on 3rd december saying a decision has been made and that he can collect his passport. He went on 6th december and over there he got his passport which was already stamped with visa :D no interview and no questions asked :d

We applied through Islamabad on 17th sept, forwarded to BHC on 30th sept, Employer contacted on 26th nov and he got his text on 3rd december. So it took like 10weeks from the date they started processing it. :d

It says to go and collect your docs at the centre you submited them. Wife is on her way there now, she did not recieve any phone call, email or text. The only info is on the visa tracking website. It says:

Your application is ready for collection; please visit the UK Visa Application Centre where you submitted your visa application to collect the same 12/23/2010

Its driving me crazy, they shud just give the result on the website aswell.

Hi Guys

Employer got contacted?

Is the employer contacted for all the Settlement applications? I am British living in the UK, will my employer here in UK will also be contacted?

How are these employers getting contacted i.e. phone call, email etc.? any idea on the type of question they ask? may be just confirming the employer confirmation letter that was possibly submitted witht he application? Am I thinking it correctly?

Thanks
Harv
