Salam,

I was in your position recently. I had court in July 2015 and the judge responded in 9 days allowing my husband appeal. We then didn't hear anything after 4 months. Then we got the mp involve. thankfully we had his support because my husband got a call yesterday asking him to submit his passport to Mirpur.

your case is now in a waiting list, and they have no idea where you are in that list no idea of when you will get your court date. they take your money every which they can and dont care!
I heard spouses/applicants getting decisions overturned withdraw ?? Winning my appeal at Review at early stage within 15 weeks?

Is that first than court dates if not successful? At review stage?

Salam everyone,

The mps secretary just messaged me and he said this ".. ukvi will contact tribunal and then you will be informed. It is still under consideration"

I didnt quite understand his reply. Does this mean the decision is not overturned then? But the mps secretary said they are stil reviewing it.

Still waiting

Sorry guys don't want to get anyone down or upset but if your deadline is Feb you should have heard by now...if review is successful then u hear within 6/7 weeks of letter, I've never heard of anyone after this...or I could b wrong and because of xmas they maybe a little behind!

People from August are still waiting for court dates also....

I'm hopefully going to reapply in April if no news on a court date, it seems once court date is over and if successful it can still take long to get the visa in passport 3/4 months! A new application would be much faster but expensive

Fee from April 2016 from £995 to £1195 + £600 nhs
1st App:10.06.14-Refused 21.11.14
2nd App:04.02.15-Refused 22.04.15

Appealed:19.05.15-Review Deadline:27.10.15
Court Date:02.09.16

3rd App:
Bio:29.04.16 (priority)
HO enquiry:16.05.16
Processed:17.05.16
Call:20.05.16
Collected:23.05.16

Had anyone called tribunal. What have they said??
Hi,

Yes I contacted them yesterday, basically they cant tell me anything until the ECO responds, by the way my review date is 3rd of February, refused on basis of not being able to verify my wifes results on cambridge website. Got MP involved and still no response. Makes me wonder if MP is actually doing something or not, hmmm.....

I dont know whats going on. My mp said that my application is still under consideration and the home office will comtact tribunal soon. On the other hand when i contacted the home office they are saying it's still gettong reviewed. Does anyone know whether the ukvi has to contact tribunal before making any decision or is it only when their decision remains the same?

Hi all

Just found out my wifes application was refused today
Actually hurt so bad.

Everything was fine and it was solely rejected on
The fact i didnt supply enough communication
And they subsequently think the marriage was
Not legit.

I submitted 6 months of whatsapp logs, emails,
Skype records, calls and wedding pics in terms of
Communication, how could they reject it. There is
No other form of communicating is there?

I earn 35k a year
I had 40k in savings
I actually work for the Government why would i
Risk my job for a sham marriage.

We will have to appeal as the grounds for refusal
Were so weak.

I dont know where to start could someone please
Help me during this difficult period

Its a joke i work for these guys and they have treated
Me like this. It hurts alot.

My wife was in tears, her application rejected
For no reason. This lengthy process is unfair
I should be able to take them to court tomorrow
Why am i wasting time with my wife and going
Through this stress.

Anyway, how do i go about an appeal?

Is it a longer process than reapplying then?

Im a well educated man did
Not want this but do I now involve a solicitor?

Could you advise on what you all did once it was
Rejected.

So sorry for these waves of questions, but i know you
All understand as you have been through it or are still going through this

Tbh with you, you are better off reapplying because this process is too long unless you are patient enough. Because at the moment im going through a very rough phase. Its very depressing going through this long process.

I think you need to check the expiry date of the English test and im not too sure about the tb test. She might have to get that done again

first and foremost im really sorry to hear your outcome
it really hits hard after knowing and the long awaited time frame we are made to go through
totally messes it up
I feel for you because I was refused on the same grounds
that I didn't supply evidence of any communication and that my marriage isn't genuine :?
that it self is an utter lie !!! from the UKVI / HO

I did summit
6 months of whatsapp
6 months of Skype
4 greeting cards
1 x letter
40 photos of wedding all names given

why on the earth would I want to send a visa application to ho which is for someone that i love my wife!
without the communications
anyhow either my stuff was misplace lost or denied

I sent until now £2500appox on this whole visa application
never a my after any sympathy here!!

I want to share just how truly messed up the system is here when it come to humans right.
surely that 5k alone I paid last year in tax and NI is benefiting someone out there.

what I don't understand

when this visa application is set out on rules and regulations with the correct requirements to met and follow up and than when the applicant and the spouse met all the requirements WHY IS OUR VISA NOT STAMP ???
