UK Tier 2 dependent visa for spouse and 2 children Documents

I need few clearification before my spouse is going to apply visa for tier 2 dependent from pakistan. I am working on tier 2 general visa in uk.

I have prepared following docs.

1. last 3 months payslips
2. last 3 months bank statement
3. employment letter
4. tenancy agreement.
5. covering letter saying that I am sponsering my wife and children and will support financially etc. Do I Need to certified this letter from any solicitor? or I just take the printout on plain paper and signed it.

6. Do I need a property survey letter from any property agent?
7. Original marriage certificate with translation.
8. Marriage Photographs.
9. my passport copy and biomatic details.
Do I need to send any other document to my spouse?

Please advise.

based of what I have provided with successful application for 4 dependants

1 - Affidavit for no recourse to public funds , that was properly notarised by notary public (stamped on printed material done on plain paper)

2 - Detail Inventory (house map, number of rooms picture of house from inside, baths, Spam , to reflect house is suitable and enough space for the number of dependants) .
(you may ask property agent for this )

3- Gerry's ask my wife to provide NOC from schools if children are school goings.

4- Nikkah Nama should be endorsed by respective Uniion Council / Cantt Board

5 -Gerry's demand for two set of bank statement (not the photo copy)

6 - Photo copy of whole passport (including blank pages)
