Tier 1 (PSW) Processing Time

Hi Friends,

I sent my application on 09/02/12.
UKBA received application on 13/02/12.
Fees deducted from A/C on 14/02/12.
Got my Biomatric letter on 19/03/12 dated 16/03/12.
due to high amount of applications and technical problems of post offices in
Camden town and Earl's Court, biomatrics given on 26/03/12.
I know that it will take a long, but is there any option accept withdrawing an application, as I need to fly to india by 21/04/12.
