Dependent visa query

Hi,

My wife and I am currently in UK with Tier-4 and Tier-2 visa respectively. My wife is planning to change her visa to be my dependent and hence, she is going to apply from home country.

My query is if she needs any Chest X-ray for TB testing for visa application.

She wouldnt. She may be asked for one to be taken at the airport when she arrives, but chances are rear since she had been living in the UK
