doubt of leagal/illegal stay!!!!

Thank you for any kind of helpfull info u can provide.

I was granted entry clerance visa for studying in uk in june1999 and entered uk in july1999. Then i was stamped a visa of about 39 months ending oct2002.

But, I then left uk in sep1999....and reentered uk in MAY2002 with the same visa issued in 1999 which was ending oct2002........after that i have maintained continues legal stay on studen/psw/student visa..

so my question is, does my 10year clock start from may2002 or NOT!!
is there any chance that the ukba could argue that the stay from may2002 to oct2002 on my old visa is not legal or can they make any kind of negative issue out of it..........!!!

It would be May 2002. what did you do between may2002 to oct2002? study? any evidence. as long as you can answer those questions I dont see any issue.

i did study upon my return....but don't have any records....doubtfull if the college has it/college still exists...
