Can any one help me . Am confused for Tier 1 Extension

- My Initial Tier 1 Visa is about to expire in May 2012

Q- Can i apply the extension from outside of UK

Q- Is there any last dates to apply for extension

Q- If miss the deadline . Can i apply . will they take my application

A:Nope you cant apply for Tier 1 General extension from outside.
Q- Is there any last dates to apply for extension
A:can be applied before your current leave to remain expires.
Q- If miss the deadline . Can i apply . will they take my application
A: If it is not applied before current VISA expires, then it will be considered as overstay/Illegal stay.

Q- If miss the deadline . Can i apply . will they take my application - this will be treated as out of time & you risk being an overstayer
