Maintenance of Funds for Dependant - two different amount!!!

If Main applicant has stayed in UK for more than 12 months and applications we are planning to make after 14th June 2012, so, the funds requirement is £600 for dependant but the dependant form says - £533 which is the old requirement for me.

It is in section N1.

So, even if the form says £533, since I am applying after 14th June 2012, I will have my wife provide proof of £600?

Please suggest!!

Yes, it will be 600 but I have to ask are you worried by this? Do you have only 533 in your bank account? I think most applicants show statements that have at least (and often much more than) the minimum maintenance requirement.

Thanks Lucapooka.... Yes, we both do have way more than what is expected. But what I was thinking is - there should have note about that 14th June 2012 cut off thing in the dependant form!

I think they will amend the form accordingly closer to that time.

There is one more query of mine I posted regarding some of my questions on the two forms. can u look at that as well. Also, I am not able to book any PEO online, it is saying technical problem from yesterday!! Not sure what to do....
