Things to remember while job hunting on HSMP

Is there some website or something of that sort whereby one can read all the points one should bear in mind while doing a job search once we get the HSMP??

I recently came to know that if one is on HSMP and if you get a job that requires frequent travel, it would be a problem to the LTR done at the end of one year. Though I still don't how much of travelling is allowed during the first year on HSMP visa and in the subsequent 3 years of extention.

Also is there anyting else one needs to bear in mind that could affect the LTR at the end of initial 12 months.

I believe you must not be out of the country for more than 3 months during any year (ie first year and three years thereafter) if you want to be granted leave to remain.
