Appointment Booked for PEO Croydon but not on UKBA account

Hi Guys,

I was booking one appointment for Tier-1 Extension @ PEO Croydon last night and I selected required time and did enter all the details but on clicking on confirm booking it took a while and then showed me a technical error. then after some time i checked email then there was one confirmation email saying your appointment have been confirmed but i cant see that appointment in my UKBA account.

any suggestion what should i do now?

Phone UKBA office and tell them in detail. That's the best thing you can do just now. Also keep checking your account as it might get updated anytime.

I called them and they said thier system is down so cant check now:(

Did they ask you to phone them back? You might need to try again when their system is working.

Sorry but that's the best option I can think of.

Do not stop searching for other suitable dates as they might say it was an error and your appointment is not on their system.

Locked
