Guys, I'll appreciate if someone could help me shed some light on this.

Is it possible to apply for a Tier 2 visa on a 30 hour a week fulltime job? In this going to be a problem? Are there any minimum working hour requirement which you must meet to apply for a Tier 2 visa.

CoS can be assigned for a job on the shortage occupation list if the migrant is
contracted to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.... as per tier 2 PBS Policy guidance.

Thanks for your reply san125. Unfortunately the job in question is not on the shortage occupation list.

So ideally I would want to know what the requirement is for a job which is not on the shortage occupation list.
