Urgent advice needed

hi,

My wife applied for PSW from UK on 3rd April, 2012. Her application was received by Home Office on 4th April. She is waiting to hear from Home Office. However, she will get PSW as all her papers are ok.

My question is, Will I be able to join her in UK after she gets the visa. I am currently outside UK.

PSW has closed from 6th April. But my wife applied on 3rd April. Am I eligible for a dependent visa? Please, help.

Yes, You aren’t making PSW application your application is of dependent of some one who already have PSW visa. Category closed for all fresh PSW applications not their dependents.
