Tier 1 eension -Sole trader (self employed)

Post by rags1972 » Sat Apr 28, 2012 12:59 pm

Hi

I don't think it should not be a problem , as long as you have filed the tax return properly what ever the income you have showed while filing the application for tier 1 extension i don't think HO should reject the visa without any reason , just because who ever is self employed who have filed the application got rejected it is not that they will reject for every one who go for filing i don't agree if they have not filed the tax return then yes there is a reason to refuse .

I think the tax document has become an importan piece of evidence for HO .. I think they are looking for tax return and NI contribution for self employed sole trader.. If you have paid the tax for the net amount claimed while the initial application you should worry anything.. And before going for the extension I think SA for the current year would help ..all the best

Answer what? You asked a non-specific question amounting to an enquiry about the existence of something. Have some people had problems? Yes,some people have had problems. That's all one can really say.

If you want to give more information about your precise circumstances then perhaps you will be given more precise information.
