Hello everyone!!!

i'm on Psw ( expire date: May 2013), i am doing a professional job within ma field and earning 17K/ annum on a fixed term contract... i want to apply for my wife ( as a dependent visa) ... I hv few questions plz help me through these...

how much income i hv to show after new rules? Currently im holding 800+ 533 in ma accnt. Is tht ok?

Is tht my salary alright to sponsor her visa?? I heard it shud b 20k now??


any other docments except home, marriage certificates, bills, counsil tax, wage slips, landlord permission, dcleration, r ma passprt nd visa attested, any other thing from ma side... Plzz let me know asap!!!

Hi,
As far as I know, your salary doesn't come into the picture as long as you are under Tier 1 PSW. You shouldn't have any problems while applying for your dependant visa. Just make sure you run through the documents check list before you apply. Good Luck
