EEA1 and 2

Me and my husband want to apply for EEA1 and 2 next month.We r married since 2009.Im not sure whats gona happen cos I changed the job recently and now Im working around 32 hours every week only (4 days) is that gona be a problem claiming my husbands papers (EEA2) or mine?? Also I have read about working tax credit that I could claim that , but I am unsure if that is not gona be against our case later.
