ILR same day service at Croydon

HI All

My wife submitted her application for ILR on 25/04/2012 after her 2 year qualifying period which she had on a spouse visa.
She was told on the day that the biometrics are not coming through so we had to go home and we were promised a call within 2 days but i have not had this call and i only paid the extra money for a quick result has anyone else experienced similar problems if so what did you do to contact them has anyone got an email for them?
