As far as I could find anything in the rules for Germany, you´d have to prove that you are unable to work for your living expenses - in some places it specifies that this would have to be for medical reasons, disability, etc. - and you´d have to prove that you are financially dependant on your father.
This could be a bit hard to do in your case, as you are a recent graduate and it would be assumed that, if you can successfully attend university, you´d also be able to work in your chosen field and maintain yourself.
How about studying? You could have your degree assessed for recognition in Germany. Most probably the assessment will come back to you saying that you will need to attend x amount of courses/years in German university to be fully qualified as a pharmacist. In turn, most, if not all, of those courses would be taught in German.
In order to get through the language test to enroll in university, I think you would need at least a year of intensive full time language study. I don´t know where your father lives/wants to live in Germany but I might be able to give you a few addresses of organisations that specialise in this kind of intensive language instruction.
I don´t know how the Embassy would look at a student visa application from you, given that your family wants to settle in Germany. If successful, it should give you at least a few years in Germany with your family. Mind, being a student in Germany will not automatically lead to a right to stay after you graduate.
