SET M Visa application question 3rd party

Hi

When applying for the SET M though I am supporting my partner financial my self I am living with parents. My parents only pay the rent and utility bills but I do contribute an amount every month.

On the application form there is a section that states " if the account with the bank or utility company relates to another person who is to provide the applicant with financial support, that person should sign the following"

Do my parents need to sign this or not as all the bank statements are in my name, I am bit confused,
