Past Earnings - The 12 Month Period

Post by uae_nri » Sun Sep 24, 2006 2:13 pm

What is the 12 month period for the Past earnings that the HO consider?

I am sending Sep 2005 to Aug 2006 Wage Slips and my application would reach HO by the end of Sep 2006, would they need Sep2006 as well ?

The case workers notes says

"The period assessed for past earnings is the 12 months prior to the date the application was received by Work Permits (UK) and all the evidence considered mustbe relevant to that period. If the applicant has been studying during this period pleasesee paragraph below on time out of employment for study for more details."

A quick response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Application should reach before last date of month(30 sept , 29th sept would be still better).

Then it will be considered from sept 2005 to aug 2006

I did the same.
Good luck
