Help !! help!!

Hi everyone, am new on here and i need a bit of advise am about to put an application in based on Zambrano as me and my partner have got two kids 5 year old and 16weeks old but she is on income support as a single parent, housing/ council tax benefits, child tax credit and child benefit, we have been together for 5years now but only started living together 2 years ago, i want someone to advise me as i want to declare but worried it might affect her benefits eventhough am not working but just don't know how to go about it i will appreciate any sort of advise please help !!! :(

I would advise you to create a new thread please.
