If you find another job the new employer should be a registered T2G sponsor and assign a CoS to you which he can only do if he has an allocation for the current year and after having carried out a resident labour market test. Once you have the CoS you have to make a fresh leave to remain application.

HI All,

I am working under tier 2 general category, I have an offer and company provide me a CoS letter.

This new job is under SOC code 2137 and under this code salary should be greater then 22000/year .

--So company offer me more then 22000/year
--Company done RLMT- for more then 28 days on two different job sites including Universal Job Match

The problem is how much job description matter, should it exactly same as in the document provided by home office?
Will this description make any effect on visa?

CoS contain exactly same job description as advertised.

Thanks
Khan

The minimum salary for SOC code 2137 is £20,500 for new entrants and £22,000 for experienced workers, both for a 39 hour week

the job description in the CoS and the RLMT should be the closest match to the job description in the codes of practice

yes

CoS contain exactly same job description as advertised.
